mixed feelings ABOUT this hotel
poor staff awful location
the public areas WERE clean and acceptable .
Customer service WAS quite dreadful. The staff did not appear to care about any concerns raised! the location IS also undesirable. There is literally nothing in the immediate area, a disappointment. this year i will choose a different hotel.

stylish decor large king beds helpful staff refreshing smoothies
the hotel rooms feature stylish decor and very large king beds i found the staff particularly helpful they gladly printed ferry tickets and arranged taxis for me the massaman curry was delicious the smoothies are really refreshing.
the location is a bit remote requiring a drive to reach beaches it worked for my needs though.

The gym has modern equipment. It includes several treadmills. There is also a good selection of weight machines. The pool area features ample seating. Many loungers are available. A shaded area offers respite from the sun.
The receptionist provided incorrect information. This was regarding late check-out options. The room cleaning was sometimes inconsistent. On occasion, the cleaning staff skipped our room completely. The hotel location is somewhat isolated. There are few attractions within walking distance.

clean room spacious feel tennis facilities
the beautiful king room was very clean. i enjoyed the spacious feel of the room. the bed was amazing and provided good sleep. the hotel gym included life fitness equipment (i saw treadmills). i also used tennis facilities. the courts were very clean and well kept.
i found the selection at breakfast somewhat limited.
